For two hundred years medicine has produced more measurements per patient than any other discipline on earth. None of them is health. We bill in codes, score in panels, alert in flags. The patient asks one question — am I well? — and gets back a folder.
Today's care produces 200+ disconnected metrics per patient across vitals, labs, imaging, behavior, and self-report. No single one of them is health. None of them composes.
Medicine treats absence of disease, not presence of vitality. No payer reimburses for the gap between sick and excellent. That gap is the largest health-improvement opportunity on earth.
Without a single measurable definition of health, value-based care has no value to bind to. Patients have no number to track. Clinicians have no outcome to optimize.

Every axis is published, every input is auditable, every output is a number you can put on a chart.

Three forces converged in 2024–2026 that make this company possible for the first time. None of them existed at scale ten years ago. All of them are now ubiquitous.
Continuous heart, sleep, activity, and cardiovascular signal capture is no longer a clinical procedure. It is consumer hardware. The 8-axis equation needs a wearable; everyone has one.
FDA's January 2026 non-device CDS guidance unlocked a category of AI medicine that supports the provider rather than replacing them. Conceptual Health AI℠ is built to that guidance from day one.

A proprietary IRB-cleared longitudinal dataset across all eight axes. No comparable corpus exists. Compounds with every patient enrolled.
CH VPN, the AI stack, and the audit chain are all clean-room. We ship no third-party brand. Acquisition requires no upstream license.
Each property feeds the others. A clinic deploying the CH platform also onboards the orb, the VPN, the AI, and the exchange. Network effects across all eleven.
