The network grows clinic by clinic, state by state. The architecture is designed to serve every patient below — actual availability is published in the compliance posture as each state's framework moves to Active.
Anyone with no insurance
Especially for you. The most expensive care to access today is the care for which we charge $0. No insurance card needed — we don't ask for one.
Patients with commercial insurance
Bring your card if you want — we'll bill commercial plans at our contracted rate for covered services. Cost-sharing follows your plan. Clinic-funded patient assistance applies only after a documented financial-need assessment.
Medicare & Medicaid
Where a Conceptual Health® clinic is an enrolled, participating provider with Medicare (CMS) or the state Medicaid program, we serve beneficiaries at the same standard of care, bill at the published fee schedule, and follow federal and state rules on cost-sharing.
