Healthcare is measured by the wrong things. We built the math that measures the right ones — the eight axes of human wellbeing — and the operating company that runs on it. Patent-stage, three-tier infrastructure, ours-first AI, chain-signed audit. The first healthcare company priced like a healthcare company should be.

One equation, eight axes. The Conceptual Health Formula is patent-pending. The eight axes (PO, NM, ER, SC, RS, ES, TA, PV) cover the totality of human wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual.

Owned vertical stack. Eleven properties — patient app, provider OS, pharmacy, datavault, exchange, blockchain, university, social, corporate, hearth, brand — all on one equation. No third-party libs under our brand.

AI policy: ours first. Local Llama-3.2 on Jetson edge runs the majority of inferences. xAI Grok is cross-check + fallback only. No PHI ever leaves the building without a Business Associate Agreement.

Auditable by design. Every officer-level decision is chain-signed (HMAC-SHA256 with prior-hash) and exposed via the public /trust ledger. Investors and regulators verify, not trust.

Regulatory drift
Healthcare regulation evolves under multiple authorities — HHS-OCR (HIPAA), FDA (where SaMD applies), DEA (EPCS), state medical boards. We invest heavily in compliance posture but cannot eliminate the risk of a material rule change.
Pilot conversion
Pilot-to-production conversion is the central operational risk. Our pilot economics depend on clinics measuring and acting on the eight-axis framework. Behavioral change in clinical workflow is slow.
Patent grant timing
USPTO 63/921,717 is patent-pending. Issuance, scope of claims granted, and defensibility against future filings are not guaranteed. We operate as if the patent will issue narrowly.
Concentration risk
The founder pair is the central operating risk — both engineering and clinical leadership in two people. Key-person insurance is in place; succession plans are documented; equity vesting reflects it.
Funding cadence
A measured, deliberate raise cadence means quarters of operating runway are tighter than a hyper-funded competitor's. We accept the trade.
AI model risk
Llama-3.2 is open-weight; we own the deployment. xAI is a vendor relationship that could change terms. We mitigate by keeping ours-first, but model availability is a real dependency.
Cybersecurity
A healthcare platform is a target. Three-tier infrastructure, restic backups, fail2ban, chain-signed audit, and an annual external pen test reduce surface — they do not eliminate it.
Reputation
"Integrity in all we do"™ is a brand promise that we have engineered into the audit ledger. A single material breach of that promise damages the franchise irreparably.
